LOAN WOLVES ORIGIN
Thirty aspiring bankers took their first step at Rocket Mortgage, diving into the intense preparation for the SAFE exam that would define the beginning of their professional path. During the first month of their Rocket U boot camp, these bankers faced the rigorous first phase of training and chose a team name that reflected the strength and unity they would need to succeed. They called themselves the Loan Wolves.
From the start, they knew the path ahead would be challenging. Like a true wolf pack, they leaned on one another, pushed through adversity, and stayed focused on the goal. Through hard work and determination, the Loan Wolves achieved an impressive 83 percent pass rate on the final SAFE exam.
While this accomplishment was a major milestone, they knew it was just the beginning. Their journey was far from over, but the best was yet to come.
FINDING PARADISE
As the Loan Wolves advanced in their journey, they were divided into two groups, one joining the refinance team, the other moving to the purchase team. Those on the purchase side embraced a new identity: Paradise.
Though fewer in number, the Paradise team carried the same determination that got them through the SAFE exam. They adapted quickly, growing sharper and more focused as they pursued their next milestone, finding their true north vision for success, their paradise.
